Arizona statutes require all mortgage loan originators doing business in Arizona complete this 20 hour requirement before July 1, 2010.

This live class discusses all of the required topics including Arizona mortgage laws; federal laws including RESPA and TILA; ethics, including fraud, consumer protection and fair lending; the non-traditional mortgage product marketplace; appraisal; and FHA and VA.
