AMLA Members,
Unfortunately, due to group restrictions because of COVID 19, our annual conference has been cancelled. Although the Surf & Sand is taking many extra precautions to ensure their guests’ safety, their indoor meeting space is not conducive to hold a group our size with social distancing.
If you are going to cancel or adjust your reservation, please call the hotel at 855.231.1321. If you are a sponsor and have already paid for your sponsorship, your money will be returned.
If you have a room reservation at the Surf & Sand and are going to keep it, you do not need to contact them. They will honor our group rate, along with free parking and no resort fee, from September 16 – 23rd. The hotel has taken many precautions to make sure their sleeping rooms and common areas are safe.
We are so disappointed to cancel this year’s conference, but we look forward to being back at the Surf & Sand in June of 2021.
